PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH
Those who trust and believe in Jesus as Savior are marked by love for one another. This is especially true in the context of a local church family. When a connected group of Christians grow in their understanding of the Gospel, their loving embrace of one another becomes an increasingly powerful bond. In this message we shall consider the pastoral prayer in Ephesians 1:15-23 and the model it provides for Christians in local church families.

    Which Side Are You On?
Nahum: Which side are you on?
God is a dread to haughty sinners & a soothing refuge to all who trust Him. Thank God for His gracious grace. Often we imagine our sin to be less serious or offensive to God than it actually is. When we are reminded of the nastiness of our sin and God’s furious justice for sinners, we are better able to appreciate how gracious He has truly been towards us. How marvelous, how wonderful is the Savior’s love for me!

    What Is The Gospel
Is the gospel open for interpretation? It seems that if you ask any ten Christians what the gospel is, you would get 10 different answers. The gospel has been redefined to mean many different things. The meaning of "the gospel" has strayed away from being a declaration of the saving work of Christ to mean just about anything a Christian person wants it to mean. It is no longer a clear, concise announcement in the world. However, the Church may not only know the content and meaning of the Gospel, the Church may also proclaim this good news with certainty and boldness in the world today.
